Batting Practice Highlights
Deven Hazari (2026, Highlands Ranch, Colo.) is a switch-hitter who got it done from both sides of the plate with his round, including tons of loud swings from the left side. He had quicker hands with a shorter and more compact stroke to do damage. He pulled the ball well from the left side and hammered balls into the right-center gap.
Dylan Langstaff (2027, Castle Rock, Colo.) found ways to get it done during BP. He was able to show jump off the barrel with good intent and aggressive swings. He drove the ball up the middle with consistent contact on the barrel, working gap-to-gap. He was on time with every swing.
Aubrey “Wells” Peterson (2025, Arlington, Texas) put together some really nice swings showing tons of strength. He lifted the ball for a couple of home runs into the pull-side gap, working to left and left-center. He found the barrel often during his round with good barrel accuracy to do damage.
Quentin King (2027, Cheyenne, Wyo.) was able to find his groove throughout the whole round and put together a couple of really nice swings, including two home runs. He was able to stay direct and lifting out in front, as well as, working up the middle with some juice, seeing the ball carry well.
Tristan Lewis (2027, USAF Academy, Colo.) leaned on pull-side juice in his round and worked gap-to-gap throughout. He left the yard for a home run and showed plenty of deep fly balls with plenty of impact strength and lift to do damage.
Carter Lowery (2027, Lone Tree, Colo.) showed off some traits to like, with hard turns and quick hips to do damage. He was able to get the barrel on the ball and drive the ball to all parts of the field. Showed a couple of really loud swings working pull-side, including a wall banger and one-hop off the wall in right field.
Sean Witt (2026, Grand Junction, Colo.) took a good round of swings from the right side. He showed quick hands with a compact path to drive the ball. He worked pull-side and into the pull-side gap well. Left the yard on his final swing for a home run.
Josiah Rodriguez (2025, Greeley, Colo.) took some loud swings during his BP round. He created some jump working pull-side with good line drives. He lifted the ball to centerfield and pull-side toward the end of the round with three home runs throughout. Plenty of strength in the frame to impact and lift well.
