Magnolia Strikers Red 13u Murphy and KBA Elite Talavera will be seeded into bracket with only 1 pool game played due to the light issue we had on BUSA 11 just before the 8:00pm game.
Teams with 2 pool games played will be seeded by WINNING PERCENTAGE then AVERAGE RUNS ALLOWED.
