We do allow players to play in both a tournament and fall league games on the same day until the end of season tournament (10/27). THE FALL LEAGUE IS THE ONLY TIME THIS IS ACCEPTABLE. WE WILL STILL USE DAILY PITCH LIMITS.

WE WILL BE IMPEMENTING A 5 RUNS PER INNING CAP ONLY ON FALL LEAGUE GAMES UNTIL THE END OF SEASON TOURNAMENT. THERE WILL NEVER BE A TOURNAMENT THAT HAS THE 5 RUNS PER INNING CAP. THIS IS ONLY FOR FALL LEAGUE
