Andy Holub
3B - 2022 - Bronxville, NY
Iowa/Wake Tech
Holub is a strong 6-2/210 outfielder from New York who knows how to utilizes that strength in his overall game. After running a 7.07 in the 60-yard, Holub showcased his arm strength from the outfield (87 mph) and showed plenty of intent in his right-handed swing, barreling up some balls hard to his pull side while also turning in a 95 mph exit velocity.
Christopher Quigley
MIF - 2022 - Halifax, MA
Uncommitted
Quigley was sharp on both sides of the ball as a left-handed hitting shortstop, showing smooth defensive actions with plenty of athleticism before putting the looseness of his hands on display with nice rhythm in the box. He also jumped on the mound and was up to 83 mph with three pitches for strikes.
Austin Bohlman
OF - 2022 - Farmington, CT
Marist
Bohlman did a little bit of everything and though he's listed as a primary first baseman, he graded out better in this look from the outfield where he was up to 86 mph with athletic actions and a quick arm. Offensively he stays quick to the ball while swinging with intent, showing solid impact strength and jump at the point of contact.
Peter Parrotta
RHP - 2022 - Agawam, MA
Uncommitted
Parrotta's top fastball tied for the event lead as the uncommitted right-hander ran the pitch up to an impressive 86 mph. Listed 6-1/205, Parrotta worked exclusively out of the stretch and showed heavy life to the fastball while picking up lots of swings and misses with his breaking ball.
Ryan Pittz
RHP - 2022 - Clifton Park, NY
Albany
Pittz tied for the event best in the fastball category, peaking at 86 mph with a heavy fastball that jumped out of his hands. He pitched with confidence and filled the zone, showing a slider for strikes which he kept down well.
Andrew Keaveney
1B - 2022 - Fairfield, CT
Union College
Keaveney is listed 6-3/215 and put his athleticism on display by running a 7.07 60-yard dash. After showing arm strength across from first base, it's his left-handed swing that left the loudest impression showing a heavy barrel and strength in his hands, generating natural lift out front at the point of contact.
Ryan Gomez
BHP - 2022 - Salem, NH
Husson College
Gomez took to the mound and did something you don't often see in that he threw with both hands, and did so rather well. His left-handed delivery has more flow to it, working up to 83 mph with solid running life and variations to his delivery/tempo, but Gomez was still up to 83 mph from the right side and mixed in a splitter as well.
Nico Lambros
3B - 2022 - Norfolk, MA
Union College
Lambros stands 6-0/175 and showed a nice collection of tools which included his speed, running a 6.97 in the 60-yard. He creates nice bat speed through the zone while working on a linear plane, consistently finding the barrel while also connecting for a 90 mph exit velocity.
Zack Kent
SS - 2022 - Wakefield, MA
Uncommitted
Kent found his name in several leaderboards after his performance this past weekend, running a 6.94, throwing 86 mph across the diamond and registering a 92 mph exit velocity. He moves well on defense, taking nice angles to balls while showing solid arm strength across the diamond.
Dane Samartino
RHP - 2023 - Haddonfield, NJ
Indiana U (PA)
Samartino showed well during his time on the bump, running his fastball up to 85 mph with a loose arm, often working ahead in the count. He mixed both a 10-4 shaped slider as well as a changeup that faded in on righties' hands, proving to have a real three-pitch mix.
Michael Dinardo
OF - 2023 - Wynantskill, NY
Uncommitted
Dinardo led all players this weekend with a 6.64 time in the 60-yard dash and showed that speed in his footwork during outfield drills in which he topped out at 84 mph. His best swings came in live action where he showed the ability to go with the pitch while staying short to the ball.
Ryan Kolben
C - 2023 - Cumberland Foreside, ME
Massachusetts
Kolben showed well throughout his showcase with nice skill behind the plate as well as in the batter's box. His arm played well with true carry down to second base, showing simple and repeatable mechanics. There's quickness to his hands offensively and he creates nice lift in his swing, showing solid jump to the middle of the field
Matt Conte
C - 2024 - Andover, MA
Wake Forest
Conte is a young prospect to follow over the years, already standing at a strong 6-1/195 while showing tools on both sides. A primary catcher, Conte's arm strength behind the dish stood out with solid carry to second base and repeatable mechanics. There are offensive tools as well with looseness to his swing and jump to the middle and pull side parts of the field.
Pierce Cowles
SS - 2024 - Fairfield, CT
Central Connecticut State
Cowles took a nice round of batting practice and also showed a handle for the barrel in live action, connecting for a couple well struck balls. His bat speed stands out and on defense he showed quickness to his arm alongside glove skills that play nicely at the ball.
Jack Quigley
SS - 2024 - Halifax, MA
Uncommitted
A left-handed hitting middle infielder, Quigley showed projectable tools on both sides of the ball. There's looseness to his hands from the left side of the plate, remaining relaxed in his approach while getting the barrel out front. He stays low working behind the ball and shows athleticism to his actions/footwork with arm strength across the diamond.
