2024 Top Prospects

Romel Garcia  3B - 2024 - Grand Prairie, TX
Uncommitted

Garcia is a loud bat that produced a 97 mph exit velocity, producing some low tension strength that he gets into with ease. He was 85 mph across the infield and showed well with some sound actions on the dirt too. Big strength in the frame to work with. Up to hi-80s with a power slider too.

Tanner Crispin  RHP - 2024 - Dallas, TX
Incarnate Word

Crispin ran it up to 88 mph with hard sink that featured a 3-pitch mix. Good deceptive arm action and worked through it well. Big traits on the hill, projectable frame and was 87 mph at first base drills and had a 93 mph exit velocity in a loud round with the stick.

2025 Top Prospects

Jackson Papenfus  RHP - 2025 - Parker, TX
Uncommitted

Papenfus was a loud arm that ran it up to 88 mph and featured a hard, depth breaking ball with good spin. He has a smooth delivery with the makings of a live arm. Also put together a good showing at the plate with solid extension and quick hands.

Vaughan McIntyre  C - 2025 - Blanchard, OK
Uncommitted

McIntyre has good skills and a solid left-handed stick with strength. He popped a 2.07 time behind the dish and showed well in outfield and infield drills. There's some good lift and impact out front that played to consistent hard contact at the plate, as well.

Denver Gillin  OF - 2025 - Cedar Hill, TX
Uncommitted

Gillin is a solid athlete with good juice in the stick. He ran a 7.25 and produced a good amount of hard contact to both gaps with strong hands and good bat speed. Also has some carry in outfield drills and produced an 86 mph exit velocity. Was on the barrel a good bit.

Brennon Evans  C - 2025 - Fort Worth, TX
Uncommitted

Evans was one of the better backstops who simply performed at a high level. Popped a 1.75 time and showed plenty of arm with carry to the bag in game, looks the part and has some catch-and-throw. Produced an 87 mph exit velocity and generates good strength out front when squared.

Corbin Blease  SS - 2025 - Paris, TX
Uncommitted

Blease ran a 7.07 and produced consistent hard contact with an 86 mph exit velocity. He can turn to the pull side gap and torques the barrel a good bit. He was up to 83 mph on the field with a sound arm and mixed with two pitches on the hill. Lots to like.

2026 Top Prospects

Kanyon Williams  RHP - 2026 - Powderly, TX
Uncommitted

Williams was huge in all facets. Ran a 6.88 sixty and has plenty of carry in outfield drills, running it up to 88 mph from out there and fielding it awfully well. He was low-80s on the hill and has a potent mix, as well. There is good strength potential in the stick, as well and was on the barrel a good bit.

Diego Hernandez  OF - 2026 - Fort Worth, TX
Uncommitted

Hernandez was consistently on the barrel, following a loud BP with quality in game swings. He ran a 7.25 and showed well in outfield and infield drills, but the stick is where it's at. He separates and has impact strength to both gaps. He stung a few to the wall in game action.

Joseph Bury  OF - 2026 - Georgetown, TX
Uncommitted

Bury ran a 6.75 and has loads of athleticism to build upon. He's a quick twitch defender with great footwork and solid arm strength. At the plate, he has some loosens to the wrists and works it to all fields. He can compete on the hill too with a solid mix.

2027 Top Prospects

Landon Walker  RHP - 2027 - Prosper, TX

Walker is a projectable 6-foot-4 righty with arm talent. Ran it up to 84 from loose mid slot. Can spin both a slider and curve for strikes. Was up to 83 from both outfield and infield drills with good carry across. The arm talent and projection stood out.

Alexander Ochranek  C - 2027 - Southlake, TX

Ochranek was a big time barrel machine all weekend. Physical backstop popped a 2.21 and is a versatile defender. Gets into both halves and just put several quality hits together to all fields playing up. Good feel for age.
