2027 Top Prospects

Ryan Garcia  SS - 2027 - Baytown, TX
Uncommitted

Garcia is a high end athlete who stood out in all facets. Ran a 6.95 and recorded 86 and 84 mph throws in the outfield and infield. There is big carry to the arm and he showed loud contact in BP and game action producing a top 85 mph exit velocity. Traits are very present with this one. Up to 81 on the hill too.

Leighton Bechtold  SS - 2027 - Cypress, TX

Bechtold was another big standout amongst his age group. Ran a 7.27 and recorded 81 mph from the infield and 76 mph from the outfield all while showing a solid round of BP. He’s a physical kid with some athletic traits to him. Produced a 78 mph exit velocity, as well.


2028 Top Prospects

Drake Olson  RHP - 2028 - Houston, TX

Olson performed well metrically and physically in game. Recorded 79 and 78 mph from outfield and infield drills, looking the part and controlling his levers well. He ran it up to 75 mph and was a consistent force at the plate showing big strength at impact in BP and game action.

Matthew Heredia  SS - 2028 - Colleyville, TX

Heredia was a big in-game performer with several quality swings. He recorded 81 mph from the infield and popped a 2.25 time behind the plate. He has great handle for the barrel at his age and it showed.

Ezra Gonzalez  1B - 2028 - Roma, TX

Gonzalez has big left-handed power potential and it showed up in BP and game. It's good feel to launch and some natural feel at this age. He also worked into the low-70s on the hill with good angle.

Hudson Arnold  SS - 2028 - Argyle, TX

Arnold has an uber projectable 6-foot-4 frame who ran it up to 77 mph on the hill. He ran a 7.74 and was 77 mph across the diamond too. Combined with the body, there's a lot to work with here.


2029 Top Prospects

Clark White  OF - 2029 - Frisco, TX

White showed well in outfield and infield drills with sound actions in all facets. He has a quick swing for the age and stayed inside the baseball really well during in-game action, putting together several quality swings.

Ryder Sepulvado  SS - 2029 - Lufkin, TX

Sepulvado was solid for age on both sides, showing low-70s from both infield and outfield drills with good footwork. He gets extended out front well and put together several loud extra-base hits in game. Traits showed well.

Lucas Arnold  SS - 2029 - Argyle, TX

Arnold had plenty of feel for the dirt in defensive drills with a good arm across for age, topping 74 mph across and having the actions to match. He has good intent in the arm and ran it up to 79 mph on the hill too all while showing a promising bat that can mature.
