Used an advanced feel on the mound working the fastball up to 79 with some burst out of the hand and mixed in a curveball with 11-5 shape and developing spin traits.


2028 Top Prospects

Logan Hash  RHP - 2028 - Noblesville, IN

Showed off the arm speed on the mound working the fastball up to 79 and showed a breaking ball with horizontal break. Also impressed with the bat using quick hands to work the pull-side and back-up-the-middle well and also hit well during game action.

Matias Rhoads  C - 2028 - Lewis Center, OH

Showed off the upside in every facet of the game, defensively the catcher had a smooth transfer with good strength and accuracy on his throws, and on the mound worked the fastball up to 75 and paired it well with a sweeping breaking ball with depth, and offensively showed a feel for the barrel with a smooth swing and power upside.

Chase Fletcher  SS - 2028 - Grovertown, IN

Showed off the versatility on the mound, running the fastball up to 74 and paired it with a 12-6 shaped curveball and defensively in the infield with soft hands and solid glovework for the age.

Vance Tyler  OF - 2028 - Remington, IN

Showed off the upside in all facets of his game, on the mound mixed a fastball that was up to 72 and a curveball with 11-5 shape, defensively stood out in the infield moving well laterally with quick feet and with the bat used quick hands to impact the ball hard to the pull-side when on level.

Paulie Hobbs  RHP - 2029 - Dyer, IN

Impressed with his all-around game, running the fastball up to 78, and with the bat showing a smooth swing with good bat speed and a feel to create leverage and launch.

Alexander McCord  SS - 2029 - Greenfield, IN

Showed feel on the mound working the fastball up to 76 and showing a curveball with sweeping action that broke across the zone. Also impressed with power upside as the frame matures with strength and feel for the barrel when working to the pull-side.

Kody Anderson  SS - 2029 - Troy, IL

Athletic SS/RHP that impressed in all areas of his game, defensively showed quick feet with solid footwork and clean glovework with smooth hands. On the mound also impressed running the fastball up to 75 and showed developing feel to spin the curveball. With the bat showed off young bat speed with quick hands and was able to create hard contact to all fields during his round.

Deaken Johnson  3B - 2029 - Fishers, IN

Impressed with an all-around game, showing feel for spin on the curveball and with a solid round during batting practice with quick hands and a level swing path that was consistent up-the-middle.
