2026 Top Prospects

Alex Harrington  SS - 2026 - San Diego, CA

Harrington showed really bouncy actions on the dirt with athletic actions. He has plenty of arm strength across, recording throws up to 90 mph across the diamond. Also showed strength to the pull-side with quick hands and good barrel control through the zone.

Teasley jumped on the mound and turned in a dominant three innings, striking out four. The fastball got up to 93 mph with a hammer breaking ball in the upper-70s mixed in (2900+ RPM). He also showed athleticism on the dirt and good feel for the barrel in the round of batting practice.

Del Angel put on an impressive display throughout the workout. He showed athleticism from multiple defensive positions and big arm strength from both, up to 98 mph from the outfield and 89 mph on the infield. There's an intriguing mix of present bat speed and projection in the box too and he showed easy pull-side juice in the round of BP.

Dillon Moss  C - 2026 - Atherton, CA

Moss put together a strong catching performance and batting practice. He has great athleticism out of the crouch with big arm strength to the bag, recording throws up to 81 mph. He has easy bat speed in the box as well with low effort strength that translated nicely into game action with a mid-90s EV base hit.

Hunter Harrington  OF - 2026 - San Diego, CA

Harrington showed low effort impact with the bat and sprayed liners all over the yard in the round of batting practice. Has good arm strength with great range in center and was accurate around the bag with carry on throws.

Ebel put together a smooth round of infield with excellent footwork and game-like actions. He got the ball out quickly with carry across, recording throws up to 93 mph. He also showed a low tension swing with easy bat speed and sprayed hard liners to all parts of the field.

The round of BP was impressive as well as he hammered the ball off the wall multiple times, showing great strength off the barrel.

Neal showed excellent range on the dirt with sound footwork and game-like actions. The arm strength stands out as he showed excellent carry across from multiple slots, recorded throws up to 91 mph. He creates good extension in the swing as well with strength to all parts of the field.

James Tronstein  OF - 2026 - Los Angeles, CA

Tronstein showed great athleticism on the defensive workout with a bounce to the movements. Works through the baseball well with good arm strength and accuracy. There's twitch in the hands that was on display in the round of batting practice and showed the ability to leave the yard to the pull-side as well.

Blake Bowen  OF - 2026 - Riverside, CA
Oregon State

Bowen put together an impressive round of batting practice, leaving the yard to the pull-side multiple times. The ball explodes off the barrel and he swings with intent to do damage. He also showed some huge arm strength from the outfield with accuracy as he recorded throws up to 98 mph that were right on the bag.

Crane showed some effortless arm speed on the mound in the outing. He ran the fastball up to 93 mph and worked consistently in the low-90s. It translates nicely in the outfield as well as he recorded throws up to 93 mph there too. He also put together a strong round of batting practice, showing the ability to leave the yard to the pull-side.

McQuillan had one of the most impressive rounds of batting practice at the event. There's monstrous bat speed and strength here that was on full display as he went deep to the pull-side multiple times. He also has solid footwork on the defensive side with good feel for the leather.

Ethan Bass  SS - 2026 - Northbrook, IL
Illinois

Bass showed some serious barrel whip in the round of batting practice. There's good balance to the operation with present bat speed and it's easy to project more strength too. The round of infield was quality as well with quick feet and arm strength across, recorded throws up to 88 mph.

Hamilton Friedberg  OF - 2026 - Lakewood, CA

Friedberg showed really intriguing tools throughout the event. He showed low effort strength to all parts of the yard in the round with carry to both gaps. The arm strength stood out as well, throwing 96 mph from the outfield. He jumped on the mound as well and ran the fastball up to 92 mph with a tight mid-70s curveball too.

Bryant James  SS - 2026 - Annandale, VA
Duke

James showed excellent range in the defensive workout with quick hands and great feel for the leather. It was game-like actions and he got the ball out of the glove quickly with a strong arm across. He lived on the barrel in the round of batting practice as well with carry to both gaps and tons of twitch.

Parker Loew  SS - 2026 - Sarasota, FL
Louisiana State

Loew has top end bat speed that was on display throughout the round of batting practice. He showed the ability to lift at impact with big strength to the pull-side. The actions on the defensive side were athletic with solid feel for the leather and good arm strength across, recording throws up to 87 mph.

Brady Marshall  3B - 2026 - Mocksville, NC
Tennessee

Marshall was all over the barrel in the round of batting practice, showing impressive strength to all parts of the field. He lags the barrel well with obvious feel for it. The defensive round was quality as well with fundamental footwork and ability to throw from multiple arm angles with accuracy.

Wes Peterson  RHP - 2026 - Menlo Park, CA

Peterson was impressive on the mound in the start. He ran the fastball up to 90 mph with heavy sink and threw strikes with all three pitches. The slider sat right around 80 mph with spins north of 2,300 RPM. He also showed a compact swing with a mature approach in the round of batting practice, showing strength into the gaps as well.

Miller Sheets  SS - 2026 - Monroe, LA

Sheets showed big time juice in his round of Batting Practice, with an all-fields approach and enough pop to drive it in the gaps. Carried that over to solid in-game performances throughout the weekend.

Carson Sheffer  C - 2026 - Westlake Village, CA

Sheffer was one of the most intriguing catchers in attendance as he showed elite catch and throw skills throughout with big arm strength. The arm strength also translated nicely to the outfield where he recorded throws up to 95 mph. He showed excellent barrel control as well with a level path through the zone and hit hard liners into the gaps consistently.

Gary Gibson II  RHP - 2026 - Lexington, KY
Kentucky

Had a huge round of Batting Practice, beating up the 410 sign in left-center. Showed over the fence power at a big field. Stayed on the barrel throughout the weekend.

Gavin Hottle  SS - 2026 - Irvine, CA

Hottle is one of the more physical players in the class and showed huge tools as well. He showed athletic actions on the dirt with big arm strength across, recording throws up to 92 mph. He swings the bat with intent and routinely did damage to the pull-side in the round with easy loft at impact.

Quinn ORourke  RHP - 2026 - Matthews, NC

ORourke had a dominant two inning performance on the mound, striking out six batters. He ran the fastball up to 91 mph with heavy cutting action. He mixed in a firm breaking ball right around 80 mph with spins north of 2,400 RPM along with a fading changeup in the upper-60s.

Jaxson Wood  SS - 2026 - Hoover, AL
Tennessee

Wood had a strong performance in multiple ways. The round of batting practice was impressive as he lived on the barrel and showed good pull-side strength. It's a prototypical top of the order bat with tons of twitch. Defensively, he showed a lot of bounce to the actions with good arm strength across the diamond.

Rock Akahi  OF - 2026 - Irvine, CA

Akahi showed big time athletic traits in the outfield, taking good routes to the ball and making all the plays. Strong arm (85 velo) that stayed accurate throughout. Exit velo was up to 88 with the capability to go gap to gap with authority.

Cantu flashed the leather over the weekend with a style. Marcus has a big arm across the diamond and can make any play and make it look effortless. Big time bat to ball feel with the ability to bang it all over the yard.

Carrington showed great arm strength both on the dirt and on the mound. He ran the fastball up to 88 mph with a mid-70s slider and also recorded throws across up to 88 mph. There's a ton of promise with the bat as well as he shows good bat speed and performed well in game action.

Fossett threw two quick shutout innings where he struck out four. Started with his fastball which he showed solid command of which he ran up to 88, living in the mid 80s that flashed some natural running action. Mixed in a bigger breaking ball in the upper 60s that produced some whiffs and buckled takes varying between 11-5 to more slurvy shape.

Warren Gravely IV  C - 2026 - Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

Gravely IV showed intriguing things behind the plate with obvious arm talent out of the crouch. Throws were right on the bag with carry out of the hand. He's super physical and it translates in the box with big strength that he flashed in the round of batting practice.

Ireland showed a rhythmic stroke where the hands waggle and work in sync with the lower half. Barrel works on a slight uphill path with some out front intent. Hit several hard LDs to the pullside during his round. At SS, he showed strong actions where there’s present athleticism and innate fee for the position. He works low to the ground with solid footwork through and soft hands. Arm strength is average but was mostly accurate and showed he can operate on the run and from different slots.

Josiah Kemp  OF - 2026 - Oklahoma City, OK
Oklahoma

Kemp's athleticism jumped out immediately on day one, showing fluid, athletic actions in his BP and on the field. He's an easy mover that put on a show over the weekend

Kidder showed really easy strength in the round of batting practice and lifts the ball often. He was on the barrel throughout and stays connected nicely throughout the operation. He showed good arm speed on the defensive side as well in the outfield, recording throws consistently in the low-80s.

Kleyman on the mound flashed some uniqueness to his delivery and FB shape. Some slight counter rotation in the upper half as his arm works up early and shows a wristy arm action to a lower ¾ slot where his FB had a good amount of armside run and at times sink. Mixed in a developing mid 70s CH that had similar shape to the FB.

Ezekiel Lara  OF - 2026 - Cerritos, CA

Lara showed off some big time pop during his round of BP and carried that over into strong in-game performances. Exit Velo was up to 88 at the dish. The CF'er showed athletic actions, good routes and a big arm as well.

Mathis showed strong hands throughout the round of batting practice. He stays compact to contact and has strength to the pull-side that was on display throughout. He also has solid catch-and-throw skills behind the plate with good arm strength and accuracy.

McCafferty put together an impressive round behind the dish in the workout and it translated nicely in game action. There's obvious athleticism with big arm strength and carry to the bag. He controls the barrel nicely in the box as well with carry to both gaps and a mature approach.

O'Brien showed a lot of things to like on the mound in the start. He ran the fastball up to 90 mph and worked in the upper-80s with hard arm-side life. He challenged in the zone with a good mix of fastball/curveball and also flashed a changeup in the upper-70s.

Olivares was one of the standout catchers of the group who also showed well at the plate. Fundamental catch/throw actions where he uses a clean/compact exchange, replaces his feet well/quick and puts a majority of throws on the bag with strength (1.95 pop). At the plate, he keeps it relatively simple with his moves and lets his present strength work. It’s a compact/connected swing that keeps the hands inside the baseball and delivers the barrel on a more linear path with decent impact.

John "Jack" Petroff  3B - 2026 - Phoenix, AZ

Petroff showed outstanding barrel control and pop to all fields during his round of batting practice. Carried that over into in-game production, flashing power and bat to ball skills.

Ramoley was one of the better overall athletes of the group. At the plate, he showed noticeable twitch/quickness to the hands that supplied some legit bat speed. Displayed easy impact and all-fields ability. In the OF, he showed well above avg. arm strength running it up to 91 with accuracy to the bag.

Colten Springall  2B - 2026 - Brentwood, TN
Tennessee

Springall showed a ton to like throughout the event. He takes good angles on the dirt and gets the glove down early with obvious feel for it. He showed the ability to throw from multiple slots and was accurate throughout. The left-handed swing is smooth with loft and was on the barrel routinely in the round of batting practice.

Colin Thacker  C - 2026 - Orlando, FL

Thacker was a standout performer behind the dish over the weekend, flashing a solid glove, quick transfer and a big arm. POP time was 1.90 and throws were on the bag in rhythm.

Abel performed well on both sides of the ball all weekend. At the plate, he has loose hands that throw an accurate barrel with just avg. bat speed but still produced several LDs in BP and in-game. At SS, it’s fundamental actions where it’s clean footwork and glovework and an easy/accurate arm that showed very well in-game.

Alexander flashed some of the better stuff on the bump over the weekend. Fastball was up to 89, coupled with a sharp breaking ball that kept hitters off balance throughout.

In-game that swing played for an opposite field double into the RC gap. 2027 Top Prospects

Bear Calvo  SS - 2027 - Fullerton, CA

Calvo was really impressive on both sides of things throughout the event. The swing has great rhythm with an excellent blend of present bat speed and strength. Defensively, he showed athletic actions with feel for the leather and a strong arm across, recording throws up to 90 mph.

Joshua Priest  OF - 2027 - San Diego, CA

Priest got into a rhythm in the round of batting practice and put on a power display. It's a well-connected right-handed swing with great bat speed. Showed big pull-side power in the later portion of the round.

Jose Partida  LHP - 2027 - San Diego, CA

Partida looked great on the mound in his outing. The tall/lean left-hander ran the fastball into the upper-80s with a full mix and everything projects in a big way. He also showed some strength in the round of batting practice and fundamentally sound actions at first base.

Zowen Watson  SS - 2027 - San Diego, CA
Louisiana State

Watson put together a quality round of infield early on in the event and continued it in game action. He has athletic movements with feel for the leather and gets rid of it quick with ability to throw from multiple slots. He has a compact swing in the box as well with twitchy hands and it's easy to project more strength soon too.

Andrew Weber  RHP - 2027 - San Bernardino, CA

Weber was absolutely dominant over his three innings on the mound, striking out six and only allowing one base hit. He ran the fastball up to 88 mph and sat in the 85-87 range for the duration of the start. He showed the ability to throw three pitches for strikes too.

Deegan Cross  C - 2027 - Lake Havasu City, AZ

Cross performed well in the outing. The right-hander works with a simple, repeatable delivery and ran the fastball up to 87 mph with a quick shoulder. He mixed in a downer shaped curveball in the mid-70s along with a changeup in the same velo range as well.
